Evaluation of teaching ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** The evaluation by students of teaching is one of the basic means of gaining feedback from Charles University and is thus one of the pillars of the quality assurance of all degree p courses realised at CU. The realisation of this process, including the assessment of the r evaluation, as well as the reflection of the outputs in the realisation of degree programm specific measures and changes is given the appropriate attention by both the management of and the management of the faculties and other bodies of the University or faculties (acade dean's offices, the Rector's Board, the Internal Evaluation Board, and others). The basic means of student evaluation of teaching are laid out in the Code of Rules for the Evaluati by Students and Graduates of Charles Uni-versity and Rector's Measure no. 56/2017, Structu on the evaluation of education by students and graduates of Charles University. Every year the CU Rector's Office prepares an overall Report on the Student Evaluation of is discussed by the Rector's Board, the Rector's Advisory Board, the CU Academic Senate an Evaluation Board. The continual methodological and technical development of the student evaluation of teachi is aided by the Working Group for the Student Evaluation of Teaching, which is coordinated rector for the Quality of Education and Accreditation, and which incorporates both student representatives from a broad spectrum of CU faculties. It strives to increase awareness of and impact of the student evaluation of teaching in the academic community through regular discussions, which occur at least once every semester and also serve as a platform for a b and the sharing of best practice.
